Welcome! I’m an Assistant Professor of Sociology at the University of Oregon. I finished my PhD in Sociology at the University of Michigan in 2016 where I was also a trainee in the Population Studies Center at the Institute for Social Research.

Research Areas:
– housing and homelessness
– race, poverty, and inequality
– informality and resistance
– property rights and land use
– incarceration and prisoner reentry
